Did you unzip the file that you downloaded?
"IJNJyunsen B MOD 3.99993" is a folder not a file so I don't know what you are trying to open.
Tell us exactly what you are doing and we can help. You just keep saying it does not work, but you do not tell us what you did.
So start with downloading the file, then what did you do?
