Just learn the stand-off ranges.
Strela goes at most 5km, your Vikhrs reach 7km, up to 12km if you get enough altitude so they can coast down. Most AAA doesn't reach beyond 2.5-3km, while you can use the cannon fairly effectively from 4km. Rockets and gunpods are close-quarters weapon; just use them to mop up after threats have been dealt with. Even so, you can use those from 2km, while the average MG won't reach beyond 1.5km.
Don't worry about how to dodge, worry about staying out of reach in the first place.
