I stop my Tiger, set the brake "!" illuminate, press "b" several time, the Hanomag get close and wait but nothing happen.

The Hanomag will only come close enough for about a minute (< 20meters).
This has been programed to keep him close but not to close. You will have
to take care of him because one hit and it's over. And watch out that he doesn't get stalled by the wreckage you leave behindin your wake.
If he gets stalled go back , drive past him about 30 meters and he will get loose and find you again.
