I have ATI Radeon 1950Pro with CCC, drivers from Asus, Catalyst AI disabled, AAx0, AFx16.
I didn't change anything in graphic setup from latest version of OMEGU, which works with no problems.
Do you want any other infos? Download process wasn't corrupted.
