Ask your ISP just a thought but i would notice with my isp lagg would always hit at the same times luckierly it was based from 1am to 11am where im usually not gaming anyways i rang my isp and they told me that between the hours of 1am and 11am is for torrent users if i wish for no lagg in those times i can go with their torrent plan will cost me more but the speeds will be faster than the plan im on. Otherwise non torrent users will get lagg in those times. Im not a torrent user so turned it down. Convinced me lagg will depend on what plan you take on with your isp.
