Windows XP, I dont have any clue about running 32 or 64 bit.
Usually, in the week days, I am lagging from 9:00PM to 11:00pm.
In the week ends, I lag during the whole days.
*****There's also the possibility that your ISP is throttling you during peak usage time. They say they don't but they ALL do. ****
