Well there are over 100.000 mods for SH3 and I agree with Steve:

Correct Steve and put them in folders that have a name, e.g.:
Damage - Texture MODs
GUI Simfeeling BigDials MODs
Seafloor MODs
etc. etc.
Also it would be good to have specific folders for supermods:
GWX MODs
NYGM MODs
LSH3 MODs
WAC MODs
And/or specify a specific mod if it is compatible with one of the above supermods.
