Try this:
- Make a copy of your default OrdersBar.cfg file and put it in a safe place.
- Open the old OrdersBar.cfg file with Notepad.
- Go to [Station2]
- Find the last command for Station 2.
- Add the following command to the bottom of the Station 2 list ...

... where
n equals the last command number (for Station 2) plus one.
- Save the file.
- Run the game.
- Cursor over the "new" icon ... it should say "Range at Current Speed."
If it doesn't (or you don't have a new icon), replace your modded file with the original. And ask for more help.
