Punch F7 crew management,then drag and drop men to the deck gun from for instance the emergency repair crew..look carefully if they qualify enough(you want them to be effective,not blind)for the gun and drag them into the box accordingly..no use in getting more personell just for the deck gun so i 'hire'them from the repair crew..
