@subman1: so your saying go with AMD and ATI? I do not know the differecne between Intel and AMD so please help me compare them. I have an AMD now in my HP.
As for water-cooling, I need a silent rig because this is going to be in a dorm room, and I do not want to disrupt my room-mate. So if I can get a silent rig with fans and heatsinks, then bring it on
