GE01 Operation Tiger

I am trying to add Travellers mod for OM and when I added it I did so right after OMEGU_v300_Patch7. When I do so the game locks up and never gets to the ship screen. I can get through the menu and get assigned a mission but then it locks up saying keep safe.

Should I have the Travellers mod after OMv720_Patch5 and before OMEGU v300? Is it not compatible with OMEGU at all?

The mod was made for Operation Monsun but I can not figure out where to put it unless it simply isn't compatible with OMEGU. I haven't seen anything in the documentation on this so what you do you all say about it?
