Message bar and other

Does anyone know how to get rid of the symbol on the right that indicates whether you are submerged or not,:-? and is there a mod to move the message bar shown on left of picture to start at the lower left corner for example and possibly transparent?:hmmm: Thanks.

Webster has got a mod that makes the message bar transparent and moves it a bit out of the way. I've used it before and liked it, but I think it gave problems a mod I installed after. I can't remember, but it was possibly with Lurker's OMEGU.

Can't help you with the submerged icon.

Edit: I have had SH4 reboot my system twice now, that's it!! back to SH3!

dont give up yet, what are your computer specs?

this thread should help you a lot with figuring out the menu 1024 768 file

and this one should be more directly related to your questions

there is a thread somewhere (about a year ago) that already did the math and moved the orders box down to the bottom left of screen but i cant seem to find it so it might take a little searching but i remember the key to it was your screen size/resolution made it a little different for the numbers you used so a general mod for all wasnt done just gave you the grid coordinates to use and you tweaked it to your setup if needed.

Reece, have you seen what Lurker is up to with his OMEGU mod? His latest posts are about the infamous message bar.:yeah:

No but I will check it out, I think I have this rebooting issue worked out!
