LSH3

Hello All,
I am not having much luck with LSH3, having downloaded, installed and deleted several times, does anyone know why the crew all stand with their arms outstretched sideways and A/A gun rises and falls on a pillar continuously?
Perhaps someone could also tell me why my smilies have all become white crosses on black squares? I've obviously hit a wrong button, but which one? It wasn't like that yesterday!
Help, please. R.R.

Hi rr
Did you check out my LSH3-2015 tutorial in my signature?

It sounds like you have missed out part of the install process.
This mega mod unlike SH3 and other mega mods like GWX has to be installed and then run from the start in a certain way so as to setup the game to run correctly.

You must install from a fresh SH3 install.
Windows 10 must be run in compatibility mode for Windows 7.
Applications should be run as administrators.

Make sure your gpu is setup correctly.

LSH3 malfunction

Hi, Theberbster,
Thanks for taking the time to answer. I feel like a complete idiot. My favourite saying is 'If all else fails, read the instructions'! No, I didn't. I shall now go back to square one and do what I am told! Can't post mods, I only had the main one installed, which I removed to check SH3 was O.K.
Now it's all been deleted.

LSH3 malfunction

Hi Peter, I did as I was told and found that's what I had been doing anyway. The things I described are still happening, binoculars are also suspended in space! What is going on?
I'm taking a break now till tomorrow.
Cheers, Jim
