Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts!
 

New game announced by the dev team behind the Ultimate Generals series (Gettysburg, Civil War). Planned as a mix of Rule the Waves and Jutland, but easily accessable as the Total War games. Singleplayer only. Timeframe 1890 to 1930-ish. No carriers planned for now, though air units could play a role as spotters (Zeppelins, anyone?). You will be able to construct your own ships and upgrade them. No full world map but one with certain interlinked sea "locations", routes and harbors. Huge tactical battle maps. Ship classes from destroyer to battleship confirmed, possibly submarines. Some pre-alpha screenshots:
