  This mod is for Silent Hunter 4, Wolves Of The Pacific U-Boat Missions.

  Will mess up any other mod like RSRD/OM, RFB, TMO.

  But its easy to study these files and make needed changes to

  whatever MOD you're using. Im not doing any versions so

  don't ask. :D

  

  Use Jonesoft Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME) 

  http://www.users.on.net/~jscones/software/products-jsgme.html

  ... or backup the files manually.

  

  You have to start a new career for these to work.



  

Here's some cliffs about this mod.



  - All NSS_sub.upc

    - Max 90 officers



  - CrewMembers.upc

    - Renowncost last number off, about 10 times cheaper crew to buy.



  - CrewMembersNames.upc

    - New surnames ! ;)



  - Qualifications.upc

    - When a dude gets a promoted he'll have 50% more skillbonuses 



  - Ranks.upc   

    - EfficiencyMod upped a lot, also major nerfs in XPRequirement.

    - Getting special upped.



  - SpecialAbilities.upc:

     - SkillRequirements nerfed to 0.1

     - Durations are 259200 seconds

     - Cooldowns are 300 seconds

     

  - Intro_logo_bkg.dds

    - New Loading Screen, throw it away if you don't need it.



  - menu.txt

    - Edited the line you see before mission starts.

      5850=Crew Cheat v.1.0

A problem with filling out the crew at the start is the game provides the lowest rank for each class. There is an easy way to bypass the whole renown buying by loading a crew you want from the start. Edit the individual compartment crew slots in the sub UPC file and the ones in the UPCUnitsData folder for the deck crews. A crew doesn't cost anything then and you can start with zero renown.
