solved, thanks

I use to do a lot of modding to SH3 and it all worked, torpedo speed, damages, gun reload time... but now I found that these modifications don't work with SH4, it still took a long time to load the deck gun even I already changed the related .sim file with S3D, also the same thing with torpedo speed, the only thing that seems to work is the sub speed outside the library file, is SH4 not using library any more?:k_confused:

Did you make the changes to a career that was in progress?

SH4 copies some files to your "My Documents" folder where it keeps your saves.

Are the changes also not working in a single mission?

If you are using JSGME, did you remember to "remove" then "re-apply" the mod?
Or are you editing the files directly?

Problem solved, it appears that the files got corrupted during the moving to another disc, so I reinstalled it and the changes all worked, thanks anyway!:Kaleun_Applaud:

I've had that happen a few more times than I'd like...

Np, glad you figured it out.

S3D download still available

Hi All,

Does anyone have a current link for S3D? I've searched all over and found old links from back in 2007 and none of them still work. Thank you!
