Finally getting to grips with SHV!
 

Ok so after a number a false starts I am getting into this installment of SH.

Just spent 3 hours game time and about 40 mins real time chasing down a hydrophone contact that turned out to be a bloody hump backed whale.
Couldn't help but smile!

As Jonesy said "At Cal Tech we used to do this in our sleep"

Note to self - Don't trust the soundman when he says merchant contact!

I've started a new campaign with the excellent mod Wolves of Steel as well after having my fill of it a couple years ago. SH5 is a very enjoyable game as long as you get the mods, and yes i've also been fooled by the old whale trick as well just a couple game sessions ago, happy hunting. :salute:
