very good job overall In particular with the colors of the water, the effect of light of lightning and exellent idea of adding new climatic zones. but there are a few inconsistencies in details.
Sea Méditeranée in climate "EnvColors polar_A?:06:

In the Lighter night somewhat folder, you have made a mistake.
It should be data\Env and not data\Evn:salute:

Yes, looking good here!

But, the halos are back...despite "No Damn Halos" mod enabled?

Something to do with lights.cfg I think.

Just change those two lines:

[InteractiveObjectsHighlight]
Spread=0
Blend=0

in Lights.cfg

I redid your ClimateZones.tga and now mediterranean sea has Tropical Environment. I will try to do a more realistic one, so that you can see changes of climate even when you move from east to west and vica versa

It means that it is compatible with patch 1.2. It is the first link

In the stock version the Med has a red value of 40, which results in a TemperateClimateNorthern.

In your mod you did not change the Mediterranean red value, it is still at 40, which results with your modded ClimateZones.cfg in a Polar_AClimateNorthern

Thank you W_Clear , I think the Sun with the halo is OK , just a plain circumference without halo looks silly
