Internal External cargo in mission editor?
 

Why can i not set external internal cargo for subs? Is it only for merchants? And how do i set torpedo,s ion mission editor or is it nor possible?

Internal\external cargo is for merchants only
AI subs can have the loadout changed
IE basic\crew on deck and Uflak but not torps
Your own torps are set through the upgrade screen prior to loading mission\career
