iPhone app maybe?

Like a lot of people here, I adore Subsim. It's really helped me out and informed me and such. But it doesn't seem to work well on my iPhone. So I was wondering, does anyone else think there should be a Subsim iPhone app? It could help us mobile users out, as well as keep people informed of the goings on of Subsim while they're on the go. So, if anyone else is interested I'd love to know, and maybe the brass will see this and actually make one!

Thanks, Byrd, I appreciate your interest. I will have to see what's involved in making one.

Welcome to SubSim Byrd.....I have seen the times when I've been at work (in a vehicle) and accessed SubSim via my Blackberry :DL

no need to create a subsim app there is an app called tapatalk that can work with many forums:

http://www.tapatalk.com/

It works with all the popular smartphones, iphone, android, blackberry, win7 and webos. I use the iphone version and it works brilliantly.

Now Neal, you might want to make an app if you want to make the rest of the site available in mobile format but better think about it-no one will be downloading stuff onto their cell phone.

I would really appreciate the Tapatalk feature. Surfing the forums with Tapatalk on your iPhone is really easy and enjoyable.

The forum owner will have to activate the Tapatalk on their website http://tapatalk.com/plugin.php in order to make the forum Tapatalk-compatible.

I'm kindly asking for this support. Neal, could you please make it possible?

+1 if it'll make it easier for my Android phone. :D

It was fine until about a week ago (when I mentioned the missing names!) and now if I click on the right hand 3/4 of the screen it activates Amazon hyperlink!

Fine from other methods though, and I can use cursor to move/select rather than using finger on screen.

I get SS on my HTC EVO. Just internet access. Works fine.

Mine does the same. I thought it was my phone.
