Aces Super Turms and Type IXC issue

I am using Aces Super Turms V6. I began a Type IXC career and the boat lost his heavy flack gun. Even in the shipyard menu, it does not appear for buy.
First I thought that was because of the mods in red and then in orange enable, But after removing them, it still persist.
Any thoughts or other users of the same mods, have experienced this issue?

Aces mod list (I removed the others I use)
Aces' Super Turms v6 for GWX
Aces' Super Turms v5.1+ GWX all U-Boats Bearded Crew On Deck Add On
Aces' Super Turms v6 Damo's Type 7 Atmospheric Interior lighting add-on
Aces' Repositioned 105 mm Gun on Types 9b and 9c plus New Type 9b Deck Railings
Aces' Type 9 c-1 Super Turm (Old Emblems Compat v3.2) 2x MG-34 version for GWX

IIRC, there is a bug/error that the IXC model/file has that never mounted the heavy flak even though it indicates that it is useable.

In what year did you begin a career in a type IXC, and the boat lost its heavy gun?

NSS_Uboat9c.eqp

;deck mount
[Equipment 2]

StartDate=19380101
EndDate=19441231

[Equipment 3]

StartDate=19450101
EndDate=19451231

You didn't remove the gun in the Commander?

I believe he's talking about the heavy flak gun, and not the deck gun.

Yes, heavy flack gun - 3.7 cm (1.5 in) SK C/30 AA gun.
I didn't know about the bug, all my type IX campaigns were always with IXB, never C and forward models. So, is there a way to fix or it is one of the game bugs that are "normal" and so one has to cope with it?
I began in May of 1941.
