Looking for a good Helo Sim
 

A good AND affordable AND available helo sim that is. The closest thing to a helo sim I have ever played is BF2. lol :P
Nevertheless, I would like to play one. Could you please refer me to one?

(I go for realism in my sims, then graphics, then controlability)

Try to pick up Longbow 2 at ebay. It will be cheap, but check the forum at simHQ for help, you probably will need a glide wrapper to get it running - it is a very old sim. But I prefer it to more arcadish Enemy Enaged anytime, especially the bad flight model in EE is what killed my fun with it - far to hypersensitive, even when modding it as far as possible. Enemy engaged 2 is planned for release, but what it really is and if it will correct what was done wrong in the first EE, nobody can say at this moment.

What about Lock On? Is their Helo flying good?

Blackhawk is not yet released, but delayed. Nice virtual cockpit by visual appearance, but how it functions and plays remains to be seen.

Another option maybe is Gunship 2000 which received pretty much modding. But I don't know about that. Last time I looked at it it was pretty much arcade.
