T72 BOF frezes ....
 

On my old configuration it was all ok,( radeon card 9800xt)however now i need to transver this game to older PC..I have Ti4200 128 AGp 1 GBram and 2500+ Athlon ( barton core)..The problem is..afther instalation ( no errors found) the game starts,plays intro and then freezes with "graphic initialisation" message..I can ALT+TAB and shut down it but i cant make it run!!! I tried all possible setings in config, I tried update but no joy...last_bug.txt is empty Mission editor works but the game itself wont!..
In read me it says it has been tested on Ti4200 ..I instlled drivers supplied with game,and i tried drivers that im usig already (93.71)on XP SP2..any ideas where is the problem?? or this game will fly out of my HD and room...:stare: :damn:

Just a wild shot, but that TI4200 is an awafully old card, I had it myself, once, but I do not even dar to imagine that it could run any of the game releases of the past couple of years.

Well i didnt find 1 single game that didnt want to run on this yet..: Dangerous waters -ok, SHIII -ok, Faces of War -ok,HalfLife II -ok. STALKER - ok ...T72 is game from 2005. and in that time this video card was still ok.
And if readme says IT HAS BEEN TESTED,then i cant see what is the problem with ti4200?:damn:

Well, I just couldn't not imagine that such an old card has enough power and enough RAM to run con temporary games. If it does nevertheless, the better for you. ;)

I would not even dare to try running FS, M2, Oblivion or GTR2 on it. Even Flashpoint already was misery on it. ;) Real old games however - okay...
