Nice finished model you have there
What was the size comparison between the wood and the tank? As it could of been a couple of the things.. 1, due to the T-62a Commander/ gunners barrel elavation setting ( cannot do rapid fire ) overwritting each other, they used to place a block under the barrel for stability( if tank was in a static possition )
2, place block/ blocks behind tank tracks to stop from rolling backwards until the new tank tracks were fitting to the T-62C. hope that helps mate. ;)

Thanks Pants....how are you?..yeah it was like a long tree log that went on the back of the tank...it said in the manul that paint log red-brown...i still got it but i dident think...would they use the log in the desert?...thanks for the help mate:up:it was half the size of the barrel and as thick as the barrel.
