Steam issues
 

Sorry for the off topic post, but since I need Steam to play Cold Waters.... I need some help.
Is there any way to contact Steam without logging in?
My account has been hacked, the second time being 6 days after Steam Support unlocked it, and now I cant contact them because there is apparently an open ticket against my email address....
Cant log in to get support because I've been hacked. Cant resolve it because Steam support wont allow me to send the form / email.

Anyone else have trouble with Steam and or Steam support? Their security / peoples accounts seem a bit easy to compromise...

Again, sorry for the off topic post, if anyone has had similar issues please let me know.

Did you try going through the PC website support portal?

Failing that , maybe use another email address to create another account then access their support page.
