Modifying 3D object

Hi,

What application do you use to modify an SH4 3D object exported from dat file with S3D?

I use one I saw recommended here in subsim:

http://www.misfitcode.com/misfitmodel3d/

Simple enough for an empty head like me :D

Thanks, but are you sure it’s working on windows 10 64 bits?

Since I don't use Win10 64bits, no I'm not.

But I'm pretty sure it works on Win7 64bits.

Anyway it seems there are plenty out there...like Blender (very hard for a noob) or Wing 3D ...
They all open .obj files :03:

After that, an easy for noob like me gonna be hard to find :haha:

No... your advice works perfect :yeah:
MISFIT is really cool, even for noob like me.

Thanks JapLance :Kaleun_Cheers:

You're welcome :Kaleun_Salute:

It's a great feeling to see your 3D stuff inside the game once you get the hang of it. Remember that in the Silent Hunter universe 1m=10m of the real world, so a 200m long ship (for example) has to be 20 units long in a 3D program (at least with this MisfitModel3D, but I think it's general) to fit in SH.
