Longer Skipper Names
 

Hey y’all I posted this in the general SH4 thread and no one responded, so I thought I would post here.

Is it possible to lengthen the letter limit for names when you start the campaign? Right now it’s 16 letters, including spaces and I would like to lengthen it to 20-25 letters if that’s possible.

it is hard coded by the developers.
abbreviation makes it happen.:har:

And that’s too bad that it’s hard coded, I’m going to have to find a good way to abbreviatethe the very German name I want to give my U-boat skipper next OM playthrough. This might be hard haha.
