GWX 3.0 WITH WAC Water

Hi Guys,

In order to Make GWX 3.0 work with the outstanding WAC Water, HanSolo told to replace the WAC Scene.dat and the env. Files with the original GWX Files.

Its working, but the Sky in the Night is blue like daytime. Anything I am Missing ?

GWX 16 km atmopshere Mod is NOT enabled.

Somebody know a way to make it compatible ? I think many ppl. would like to know.

Thanks for any help in advance. :salute:

is their any way to make it so that everything in wac is in gwx?

No, because WAC is a supermod at its own. I think its a better way just to try WAC at its own. :ping:

Like I already mentioned in the sticky, WAC3.0 water should work if env files, scene.dat and cloud files are used from wac. Import other units from wac to other mods is a lot of work because GWx for example did change the ship classes, etc. Also id is needed to import teh new units into the campaign.

Also adding ships makes them appear in random encounters, i.e. convoys, but for them to appear in ports each and every one has to be scripted in. A quick look at the Campaign.scr file with the Mission Editor will give you an idea of how much work HanSolo78 and the GWX guys had to do to get their respective mods where they are now.
