May 24 Maiden Voyage of U-48 - 20:45 US Central
 

Neal, AJ, Blackswan, and others who would like to join U-48 over at the 4th Flotilla on Discord:

Let’s connect early this week on Discord so I can provide details and can get a head count for the boat. To those of you who don’t know what the Flotilla is about, I’d be happy to fill you in on details (tonnage competition, leaderboards, medals etc).

I am the representative of the boat, but my intent is to cycle the roles each time so we all get trained up.

Onkel Neals daughter Vicky joined us but with the mission being a 4th Flotilla Competiion Ranking mission we were limited to only one Uboat so Nocken stood down so Vicky could join us.
This is going to be good a Father and Daughter team on U-48 the rest of the crew settled down and got on with the jobs on there assigned stations.
U-48 Delivered a text book attack on the tommie convoy closing on the convoy then running parellel on the surface then slipping in between the lead escort and the merchant ships diving to periscope depth in accordance with S.O.P. standard opperating procedures
U-48 wiped out the convoy of six merchant ships all that was left was the three escorts wondering how they were going to tell Winston Churchill they had not safley escorted the convoy back home and further more not even detected U-48 or dropped any depth charges on U-48
Onkel Karl will be most pleased with our efforts.

4th Flotilla Discord are a group of Wolfpack players who have setup a tornement style Competion where a Wolfpack Crew sign up then get there mission profile outline year month time and patrol area then you have four hours to post your results after mission.
They hold regular meetings letting you know whats happening and a banging of heads session so to speak where you can put your ideas across.

the 4th Flotilla Discord group are a realy nice bunch of guys and gals like minded souls so to speak
