New silent hunter steam group
 

hi guys, i have started a new steam group called the 2nd flotilla wolf pack and anyone is free to join that plays ANY silent hunter games.:D we will host sh5
:arrgh!:multiplayer :arrgh!: lobbies once in a while and discuss and issues, mods, or anything.
you must get along with everyone tho. :damn: lol

Silent Hunter 4 Steam Unofficial 1.4 patch
 

The 1.3 version currently offered on steam has issues resolved by 1.4 which is not available for dl there as of today 10/11/10. I've packaged an executable containing that collection of files for those who are still dealing with 1.3. The VERY IMPORTANT readme is included before commencing the install because it will not auto detect your specific steam install dir. Prior to doing anything also check your readme in the support folder to make certain you're not already at 1.4 or above. It's based on a clean steam install and thus, mods may be overwritten or creates problems, so it's not a bad idea to extract the files manually first to examine the package.

DON'T USE THIS PATCH IF YOU HAVE THE U-BOAT EXPANSION INSTALLED OR YOU U-BOAT EXPANSION WILL BE BROKEN

Just joined but is there a general Silent Hunter 5 steam group for the entire game?

Yeah, like your sig pics, lol. The DRM does have to go. My save game just failed.
