here is Capt Cox Less Water Limber Holes for Sh4
its JSGME ready so just install as normal
it is located in the Sh4 Gameplay section.

Is it just the waterspray.dds file in Textures or is there more to it? I could just dl & see, but I already have one and hate wasting Subsim's bandwidth... (most of my downloads are from trying to answer questions about them)

but I cannot explain the mod because I'm not the author who created the mod Captain Cox is and I'm not sure that he is even a member here anymore he might be still you can try and look him up and send him a message but I just uploaded the file to subsim so Members could download it.

It is just the waterspray.dds file in Textures in case anyone else was curious.
