Silent Hunter 2 German script

Hi there, I'm new to the forums and have a question about the script in Silent Hunter 2. I have taken the translator off so my crew speaks German. Good way to learn the language but I cannot seem to comprehend what is said without the English translation at the bottom of the screen. I have played this game so long I do recognize what crew is saying but I have a hard time getting the real meaning as I have found that the script is not what the Germans used or are using today. I have figured out most of the script but some words still sound like gibberish and I also have trouble spelling German words so finding the translation for the script is a chore for sure. Is there anyone here who could tell me what the German script is so I can put them in my archive?
An example of what I need translated is for the words, "ship spotted". The internet gives me a translation that does not sound like the script that I hear. Blow Ballast is another, Rig for Red, Snorkel in Use, Ship is Sinking and all that is said after that, and what is said when a torpedo hits the target, High Speed Screws Detected, All Stop, Mission Ended, We Are In Shallow Water, We Have Run Aground, Secure From Red, Flooding Ended.
I have figured out the rest but these are hard for me to get. Some of my German speaking friends do not know what I am saying because I cannot repeat the words correctly and cannot spell them. Some of them say it may be a Bavarian dialect or it may be the fact that they know nothing of Submarines and Ships in general. The friends that I have who are familiar with ships and subs do not speak German.
If anyone can help I would surely appreciate it

Alright, but how can we help?

"ship spotted"
"Schiff in Sicht", or "Schiff gesichtet"

"Blow Ballast"
"Ausblasen" or "Ballasttanks ausblasen"

"Rig for red"
"Schleichfahrt"

"Snorkel up"
"Schnorchel ausfahren", or as an answer by the LI (LI=Leitender Ingenieur)to the command by you/the captain "Schnorchel wird ausgefahren" (S. is being raised)

"Snorkel depth" = "Schnorcheltiefe"

"Snorkel in Use" = "Schnorchelfahrt" or "Wir sind in Schnorcheltiefe"

"Ship is Sinking" = "Schiff sinkt" or in SH sometimes "Sie bricht auseinander" ("she collapses" – ships are always female in german)

"when a torpedo hits the target" the sonar guy would say "Torpedotreffer" (torpedo hit)

"High Speed Screws Detected" = "Schnelle Schraubengeraeusche" or "Schnelle Schraubengeraeusche, Herr Kaleun" (mentioning the rank the LI is reporting to (you))

"Kaleu" or "Kaleun" is the abbreviation for "Kapitaenleutnant"

"All Stop" = "Maschinen stopp"

"Mission Ended" = "Mission beendet"

"We Are In Shallow Water" = literally "Wir sind in flachem Wasser" but in SH i think it was "Es ist sehr flach hier"

"We Have Run Aground" = "Wir sind aufgelaufen"

"Secure From Red" = "Schleichfahrt beenden", answer after execution would be "Schleichfahrt beendet"

"Flooding Ended" = "Wassereinbruch gestoppt"

a.s.o. :03:

And, last but not least: Welcome to Subsim!

Id wager the problem stems from lets say something along the lines of a Russian speaking game programer using google translator to translate Russian into German then that transaltion of German into English. Which leaves your native German speakng friends scratching their heads wondering what you said.
