Can anyone please help me by telling me how to create a tga file? I've been making my own missions for SH3 & SH4, but I would like to change out the background loading screen for an SH4 mission I've created. Thank you.

You edit your image in your choosen format (.jpg, .bmp, .png, .whatever) and when you are ready you save it as a .tga file. Paint.NET support all the main image file format.
