Question about Voice Commands

Hello everyone! I am running Silent Hunter 5 and would like to use the mod for voice commands... I've tried it, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a trick to activating that function?

I did the following D/L it to desk top then unzipped it open the unzipped file were you have another file with the same name if you open this and you see Data file go back one then copy it then go to the SH5 Dir open that copy it to the MODS file then go down to JDSM folder open that and highlight it so you are ablne to move it accross I am not certain about if you have to be in the Bunker for it to start or if it will start when on Patrol. anyway thats how I got mine to work.
