Friendly Ship Spotted - Time Compression
I have been unable to find any positive answer on this. Did anyone ever figure out how to restore the behavior from SH3, where the TC drops if your WO spots an unidentified ship? It really bothers me that I don't actually need to identify their flag before attacking, because the game only alerts me to the ship if its an enemy in the first place.
