Cobras over Donbass - Very fun
Black Sea Escadrilla - Most enjoyable yet
Beaufighters over Burma - Stock but fun
Flying Tigers campaign - Fun but spend most of my time surviving.

Single Missions : Haven't tried as yet.

Well as we play Online a lot I say

Online Campaigns : Prokhorovka

its a very nice campaign as everything is Randomized
the Type of Mission , plane load out (the list of planes available for you to choose before the mission starts) and AI dificulty:up:

Latinos-interesting campaign where you fly as a pilot of the Peruvian Airforce. Some nice skins too!

Luftwaffe Pilot: Legion Kondor!-Campaign where you fly as a german during the Spanish civil war.

Fighters Over Israel-Israeli war of independance campaign.
