Ammo increase
How do you increase to amount of ammo for the main guns on the New Mexico.
|
Hi,
Open Data/Submarine/NBB_New_Mexico/NBB_New_Mexico.eqp file! There you can find the weapon classes for the ship! The "14in_Triple_Turret_PC" is the player controlled cannon, without "_PC" are the AI cannons! Now open Data/Library/USSubParts/14in_Triple_Turret_PC.sim with S3D editor and you can change under "wpn_Cannon" the "ammo_storage"! For the AI cannons you must open the Data/Library/ShipParts/guns_radars_05.sim and search after the "14in_Triple_Turret" and make the same as above! |
s3d editor
what is the S3d editor and where can I get it.

|
file problen
I try to open the EQP file with the editor and it won't open the file.
|
No, you can the .eqp file simple open with the standard editor of windows!
The S3D editor is for .dat, .sim, .zon, .val, .cam and .dsd files (see top right corner of the editor when open a file!) Dont forget to make safe copies of your files you want to edit! |
ammo increase
I have the eqp file open with notepad and it shows the equipment what do I do then.
|
As discripted above:
Open with S3D the 14in_Triple_Turret_PC.sim: https://www.mediafire.com/convkey/66...36ll3vf94g.jpg After the changes save it under the "File" option! Make the same with the "14in_Triple_Turret" in the "guns_radars_05.sim"! |
