Translation.

Have completed translation of lines 01-141 of the German Messages. I will keep updating here so those of us who are working on this don't do double work.

Also I don't know if this is a big deal but the spacing in each message isn't always the same. I have been making them the same as I go along.

But there not support English version

There are several of us working on but I can't give you a date yet. There are about 2300 messages that have to be translated.
