Critical flooding = sub destroyed ?

Hello everyone ! :salute:

I noticed a long time ago when you get damages at the level of the bulkhead of the submarine, you are flooding. So it is totally normal but if I let the flood enter in the compartment until the critical level, there's a message saying that I got destroyed by flooding...

The problem is that you do not have that in SH4...:hmmm:
I would like to repair the compartment even if the flood is in a critical level. You see what I mean ? :)

Does anybody knows which file(s) I have to modify in order to repair the damages without be annoyed by a message of the fail of the mission ?

Thank you ! :yeah:

I'm sure this is hardcoded. Too bad when your sub is ... a battleship ! :D

:k_confused:

- Fader Berg

Try managing hitpoints and flooding time in zones.cfg.

In real life, flooding to a sub was a killer most times. Any critical leaks in my opinion is game over. You try your best to contain it, but most times it is game over.

There was or still exist around some where a hollywood mod, that let you manage to repair, sail, escape and etc with most of the crew death or with the sub completely ruined.
