I have a problem with JetFighter V Homeland Protector
 

I used to play this game on my old computer years ago. I want to play it on my windows 7 and it won't install.

The installer gets stuck on a percent and freezes up my computer. The disc won't even copy files from it to a folder in windows explorer. Do I just need to get the disc cleaned or do you think it's more serious?

Even though this game is nowhere near realistic (F-22s and F-35s fly off of carriers...) I liked the gameplay and would love to play it again....
