3 output (eyefinity or equivilant) GPU needed.

Ok - I now have a 3 monitor wrap stand with monitors up. However, I need to find a decent gaming card that can push all three monitors. If the world was perfect it would also be a low profile card (other outputs offset) but I know that ISN'T gonna happen. So, what is a decent card out there that can push 3 monitors at a decent res and still perform well?

Depends on the game, I'd say.

For example, I can run EQ2, X3:R, X3:TC, LOTRO, DDO, WOW and a number of other games on 3840x1024 (Matrox TripleHead2Go Analog, 3x 17inch LCDs) with a pair of old GeForce 8500GT in SLI mode and still get decent quality and fps.

It gets choppy on newer games and may even have to turn it all the way down to 1280 x 1024 ... I need to update the whole system, though. :shifty:

This needs to be a single card solution - sorry I shoulda specified that. The mb only has a single slot....

Well, the HD5970 4GB and HD6990 4GB come to mind, if you can't or do not want to crossfire your setup but those are currently the top of the line from ATI going for a 700 - 800 $ pricetag from what I've gathered after a quik google and at least a 750W PSU if you got for the HD6990.

anyhow, what are your current system specifications? and what are your aims? (budget / games you wish to run with a 3 monitor setup)

Just a thought: If you go multi-GPU, especially with the aim of multi-monitor, stick with ATI.

Cards Hunter suggested are your best bet.
