Question on Modeling of VDS
Is Soviet surface ship VDS modeled correctly in the game? IIRC, sets such as Ox Tail and Horse Tail were active-only, or at least most effective in active mode. I did some testing and they seem to be modeled as passive towed arrays that remain above the layer. "Towed" SNS COMP values changed based on my sub's speed and quieting. The "Towed" value also decreased when my sub was below the layer, and increased when I went above the layer. This doesn't seem right.
