After that, download (for free) http://www.ccleaner.com/ and clean your registry. Use JSGME and disable all add-on mods. Start WAC sh3.exe. I suppose this will do the job! |

Rafael, what is the Zone.cfg for ? Normally it is inside the Data folder, but you have it beside the Data folder.

I don't know if Zones.cfg is a 'sort of' back-up? Also the folders ... > data (Zones.cfg this is the file you meant) >> Cfg > (Basic.cfg this one has been changed by me) >> Submarine > (with different folders i.e. NSS_Uboat2A) ... I did not change. The structure is exactly as I downloaded it from HanSolo's FF page. When enabled with JSGME, it put Zones.cfg in the root of SH3? Just look! |
the zones.cfg file should normally be inside the data folder... maybe I forgot to paste.. sorry!

I will adjust my download file. Take care Han! ;) |
I notice in WAC 4.1 XP version, that in the command room, all dials, depth etc are pointing straight up regardless of real depth etc- has anyone else seen this?

At the moment I am also looking for the VII U-Boat fault. Just start a career in 1943 Lorient, be sure you have a VII boat. I don't have this problem with a IX U-Boat. When loading a saved (VII boat) game all pointers are to the North (12 o clock) ... I really want to fix this ... it is soooo anoying. Furthermore your (KDB/Kristalldrehbasisgerat) front deck, won't rotate anymore and you cannot listen in the hydrophone room. You cannot turn the wheel there either! Han knows about it, I wrote it before the release. |

Of course there is also the SH3 Cmdr problem, but hopefully Hans or Jaesen will be able to find a solution in the future. |
Thanks Rafael- engine guages etc all at 12 o clock, but at least I am not the only one!
Hope Han or someone can sort this one out. The other thing I noticed tonight was that if you lock up a ship moving towards you (auto targeting), the range increases instead of decreases! You can reset it each time by unlocking and then locking again, but once locked, it keeps increasing even if the ship is still coming towards you! Thanks  |
Guys if you have differences, Rafael-Seawolf, handle it via PM, thanks :yep:
