I think it is fine Tomi. Those large hand wheels are that large so one can turn the screw to whatever valve needs to be shut. The Torsk two wheels are probably 3 feet in diameter. No joke, they are about 200 pounds each. The picture you have here and what you did look fine.

Now run away before others break out their slide rules, compasses and micrometers checking sizes down to the micron. :o

On each image, one has a different impression of the size!

I've made 10% less ..
How do you think about it

I've been around all kinds of gate valves and the bigger the pipe and valve the bigger the handle gets. More torque to shut the valve.

Last one Looks good to me.

wow. looks veary nice tomi.

Ya might want to think about haveing the rooms seperate.

Like click on the back door in the control room to go to the engine room, and the same for going back to the control room, and torpedo room.

How about more casual outfit for the mecnics? Right now they are loking like being in hurry to take part in landing party. And some headgear i.e. garrison caps would be nice addition too.

This is all amazing stuff...i'm really impressed only for the number of tubes and whatsoever that u can't clearly see :o

Also the mechanics gave me an idea but maybe it's not the time right now...

AVGWarhawk 03-30-09 07:50 AM

Small looks a bit better Tomi. :yeah:

you know how In SH3 the chief of the boat would give you damage and everything.... how sweet would it be to have one of those guys be one of the people you go too to get damage and repair data!

and same with torpedo management in the torpedo room!!

The crewman needs more ploys in the shoulder area
to remove the distorted and twisted effect.

And his hair is to long.
:haha:

What other clothing matters, then you may wanna take a look here:

But also in the original stock game, there is one white t-shirt texture, which could be very useful or suitable for the crew in "the sauna" (engine room).

:yep:

To me the crew in an engine room should wear the most "easy" dresses available, if not a without even a Tshirt...

That can happen. There are textures in SH4 for shirtless crew. I just hope they don't appear on the bridge in a snow storm:o

That's what i was thinking about... If there was a way to let them appear that way only in the engine room...
