Sometimes it's hard to tell if you're jealous or just envious. Don't forget Wern's part in that sordid episode.
If you need me, I'll be over at the YWCA.

Not jealous or envious at all. I remember that bad patrol off Pearl in 44, when Wern mistook 50 US bombers for Japs and let loose with the 40's. The battering we took, that terrible leak in the bilge when nothing could be found to stuff in it....and you...well, you saved us all.

Way to use your head!

That combines Shifty with all the grease, oil and other lubricants used in the bilge

I'm not sure about Slippery, I don't really like the connotations of lubricant in the bilge...

I think Slippery is a good name for the bilge. We have lots of pipes and fittings that constantly need to be greased.

Connotations...

the sort of people you must hang out with.

Anyway, it's up to WOlferz, call yourself Slimy for all I care...

donna does the cooking in the bilge, we never go out. It's not that we wouldn't, but Jim and Steve keep us locked up down here most the time.

{BTW...we already have a member that uses the name Slimy, so don't use that one.}

I wondered what happened to Dowley, at last we know the truth.

Ps. Is it served with weevil-filled crackers?

Don't eat the big ones...
Stick with the small ones. You always want to choose the lesser of two weevils.:rock:

Sleemo is good. From now on, my Bilge nickname is Sleemo. Outside the Bilge I shall be referred to as Tango or Mr. 589.:rock:
