To complete the AA guns file I am now working on a new cloned Triple AA gun, it has the single's base since the double and triple base from stock doesn't turn properly.

IMHO that is the log of travelled seamiles. More or less like in your conventional automobile...should be helpful for the navigation through dead reckoning (Prevents the navigator from having to keep a constant log of how much speed during how many hours, etc).

changed the RR.dat scope for the Typ II interior which I use for the Kaichu.

I don't know how it works when you are in the control room, but see here above, the type 88 periscope is in there !

coming shortly to the other subs of the Jyunsen B mod.

what I don't get is the texture problem : looks fine in s3d awful in game, maybe there is an occlusion map for the object somewhere that I need to replace (I didn't do one for the well and the periscope yet) ?

and what's that big black and white round thingie in the lower right corner ???

Didn't I just see that in an IJN training movie from 1941 ??

[edit ] added the label on the scope, if you could look close enough you'd see it's the real deal, well you can always open the texture file and read it :yep:

the texture on the head might be a bit bland, but that can always be changed.

now to the other boats ;)

I re-worked the Type 88 periscope 3d model's texture.

I did the same for all guns and the Type 95 torpedo which now has its own unique texture.
