I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think that this version of the Kongo is included in a number of the supermods, such as TMO, RFB, FOTRS, ect.

Luckily I'm a collector of antique playable ship downloads. I re uploaded it to filefront, I'll try and put it on mediafire later today.

This was one of the first ships I built and it was for single missions as I was just learning modding. I never modded anything before SH4 and it does not work in career mode. I have been busy and did not go back and fix it for Career mode, so if you are trying it in career mode it will not work.

Real life has not allowed a lot of time, so when time allows I plan to fix it.

Where can we download?

Filefront no longer has the files. Is there another place where we can download this mod?. Thanks:wah:

The link I have provided does contain a working Kongo. It`s not Peabody`s Kongo though.

Karle94's Kongo is based on a uboat, mine is based on a fleet boat. I was in the process of writing a IJN Campain using a modded Sen Toku when Keltos contacted me to put his IJN subs in a campaign which were also based on uboats.
To make it short, the Kongo Karle94 has provided will be easier to put into the campaign since it already has the files included for a German Campaign. Mine needs a Fleet boat campaign with IJN bases which at this time does not exist.

As I have stated in my ship threads this was intended to be used in single missions, I did not imagine anyone using them in a Career. Big mistake on my part.

No not 1.4, needs 1.5.
I just played a mission with 1.5 and the one Fishlord uploaded (Thanks Fishlord) it works fine for me. Are you playing other MODs that may be conflicting with it? If not maybe a corrupt download? Does it crash while playing or before the mission starts?
