Does the file "V16B1-Patch-Kit" work with SH3 steam?

Have you installed these mods without the 1.4 update?

I have had SH3 1.4 installed as it came from a computer games magazine (CD Action, Polish magazine). I didn't have to manually update SH3 version to 1.4.
So all my actions were conducted from the beginning on SH3 1.4

i have made a frankestein inbetween nygm y wac5, and the constatly crashing aparently has gone. I suspect my crashes comes from submarine colection files and not from campaing files (i didnt change it, i dont think merge 2 mega mods could be so easy but exect some error in id and roster errors just comparing library and file names was quick).

Im testing this thing... and the campaing elements are realy good and evairoment and fx so cool. Also split mfm into 4 compilation, becose even with lower resolution subs mfm gets +25m loading with some loading crashes if use hi-resolution nygm sub.

i only test baltic_atlantic campaing files. Mediterranean needs some work.

I have many ctd when i trayed early sub compilation on a much tested gwx+soup combo.

Its only my oponion.

Hi, chipsranger :salute:

1. Install SH3 via steam.
2. Find the SH3 folder inside your steam folder:

3. Drag or copy the SH3 folder from your steam directory called 'common' to your C: drive.

4. Now proceed with the points below:

1. Look inside "H.sie_V16B1-Patch-Kit" folder for "Patch_SH3.bat".
2. Put "sh3.exe" (from game folder) into "H.sie_V16B1-Patch-Kit" folder.
3. Activate "Patch_SH3.bat". (A black window opens, keep pressing space bar).
4. Activate "HsieOptionsSelector.exe" (inside "H.sie_V16B1-Patch-Kit" folder).
5. Choose the options you like and click "OK" (bottom left).

6. Put "sh3.exe" back into SH3 game folder.
7. Activate the mods you like:

just an FYI, I'm playing with both the Wide Screen AND full interiors and so far everything is working fine. I'm only on my very first mission however. :)

put this steam executable in your sh3 folder and try to run it:

If it doesn't work, the problem is perhaps caused by your mod list (combination). It's difficult to say via the internet..
