Take out the TKSS mod and try things. It is known to cause problems with various installs.

UZO fixed. But crew command is still not responce.
So I think maybe widescreen mod's issue...

Could very well be. Try removing it. Also don't forget about the wind speed affect.

Ok. Just to be sure; you are clicking on the officer icons to get the crew commands, right ?
They won't show up otherwise.

Otherwise, I'd suggest a re-install of the game and just the four base NYGM mods and go from there.

:doh: Ah, now it makes sense. I thought you were talking about the various crew commands via the officer icons.
Those buttons are disabled in NYGM as they caused ctds for some. An original SH3 bug, nothing specific to NYGM. Plus, I don't know if they'd work with NYGM's reduced crew numbers anyway.
But those buttons are disabled in NYGM.

It is found in the documentation folder of the NYGM New mod. He also has an optics only mod in the NYGM 3.6f mod documentation folder.

problem:
CTD (crash to desktop )when start,,,or no UI menu when enter game

Does anyone have a complete and dyed-in-the-wool solution?
PS:
no matter Stiebler4C_V16B1.7z or V16B1-Patch-Kit will lead to CTD or No Menu words.
