Known problem with SH5 v1.15 (may or may not exist in later versions):
When looking through the scope, the xo has the picture of the watch officer.
This is a SH5 problem not a mod problem.
This fix will correct that.
Just install with JSGME or place the file in the correct SH5 folder yourself.
